WHAT IS LIFE?
Life is the state being alive and living… Living for what? King Solomon the wisest and the greatest king ever known to man once said Eccl 1:2-3 Vanity of vanities, saith the Preacher, vanity of vanities; all is vanity. What profit hath a man of all his labour which he taketh under the sun? Do you know why they are all vanity… they are vanity because they do not have eternal value… And Jesus rightly pointed out on this at a time that he was delivering a message to his disciples and he said…
This thing that you seek for the gentiles also seek for it… Matt 6:31-32 But rather this is the formula to seek for things in this kingdom Matt 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. What He, Christ meant was that we should seek first that which has eternal value. Then everything that the Gentiles are seeking for will be added to us in great measure So that means our first pursuit should be life in Christ Jesus to have much natural gain… It has to be spiritual first before physical and not the other way round as we used to operate.
There is no other greater life than the life we have in Christ Jesus… 2 Tim 5:17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. The elders in this context above are leaders who are spiritually minded… they are spiritually matured, And the Lord is saying that the reward for their spiritual mindfulness is Things that the Gentiles seek for. Double honor. you know why, they find labor in spiritual things which is The Word and the doctrine of the kingdom of God.

THE MINDSET OF A LEADER
2 Tim 1:7
The Leader is always as bold as a Lion because he carries God’s divine presence on the inside of him. The Leader should never give room to fear nor worry because… The Holy Spirit will only condemn the world for rejecting Christ. He has no business condemning the redeemed. When we miss it or go astray what pricks our heart is not the holy Spirit but the voice of our spirit which is our conscience and definitely not the holy Spirit.
So, in other words, we should be confident void of fear and condemnation for we have a comforter. John 16:8-11, Romans 8:1, God is raising revolutionary Leaders. God is raising an army. God is raising a military. God is raising soldiers. who he will use to oppress Darkness in this end time movements. These men are going to be captains of industries. financial giants in all spheres of life. Praise the Lord!
The Structure of an End time Leader
Faithful
The story of the Talent, Matthew 25:21, This man in the text above could only be faithful because he understood the dynamics of operation in this kingdom. to immerse wealth and to be a great leader. That it has to be first Spiritual before physical and cannot be the other way round if we really want to be a vessel in the hands of God. Faithfulness is a virtue.
Ready
The opposite of being ready is Unprepared, under prepared, unready, unequipped. With the following mentioned means being ready happens over time. it is a preparation for a great or positive outcome in the near future. Like an athlete who prepares for Victory, The Story of the Ten Virgin. Matthew 25:10, And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. Those that are ready for the Lord to be used in this end time in positions of authority and leadership are those that are Spiritually aglow for the Lord.
Servanthood
This is the only way known to us which was disclosed by the king of kings as the secret to Greatness. NB- Jesus differentiates Leadership between the children of Light and the Children of Darkness.

The Attitude of the End Time Leader
As a Leader you have to be Spiritually aglow always, or you will fall by the sword at the wayside

Prayer
There is a contest going on there is a war ranging on. there is a constant battle between the kingdom of Darkness and the Kingdom of Light. There is a great contention for souls. this is not a physical battle. it is fought and won in the Spiritual realm. EPh 6:12, For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 2 Cor 10:4, (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Worship
King David. The mystery of worship is too deep for words to explain. King David applied this sophisticated weapon, and God identified him as the man after his heart. Acts 13:22 And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will.

Matthew 26:13, Verily I say unto you, wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her. God immortalized the act of this woman because He found in her Genuine worship. Matthew 26:10, When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me. Good work means purposeful. worship is purposeful. We are created for this purpose of worship.
Our worship is defined by the Lord as Gospel.
True worship is worshiping God in spirit and in truth. True worship for the Lord must raise jealousy and envy. being despised against the worshiper. Infact that act of worship by the woman with the Alabaster box was what triggered the crucifixion of Christ because of envy. the devil despises us when we give the Lord our all. Matt 26:13-16, 13. Verily I say unto you, wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her. 14.Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests, 15. And said unto them, what will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they covenanted with him for thirty pieces of silver. 16.And from that time, he sought opportunity to betray him. The above incident took place immediately after the worship of the woman with the Alabaster box. As a result of envy to her worship to the king of kings
Summary
God expects us to put away childish things. God expects us to step us. God expects us to be in charge. God wants to use up. God wants us to assume the position of Leadership to be used of God to achieve good success
Leadership is not an office nor a title. Leadership is SERVICE to humanity…
