There are different kinds of human or Physical abilities..
1.Cognitive abilities such as problem-solving and critical thinking,
2.Physical abilities such as strength and dexterity,
3. Emotional abilities such as empathy and self-awareness.
But these abilities are limited and can not be compared to the spiritual ability..
What is spiritual capacity?

We should understand That the strength of any building is determined by the strength of its foundation. The stronger the foundation, the stronger the building. No building can be stronger than its foundation.
The term “spiritual capacity” describes the degree to which you understand or have a deep knowledge of your foundation. 2 Corinthians 3:5-6, [5]Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think of anything as being from ourselves, but our sufficiency is from God, Spiritual Capacity is an endorsement from the Lord
When we engage in this mystery of knowing who God is. It teleports us to knowing who we really are in him and what we must do. 1 Peter 2:9, [9]But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
What Our Spiritual Capacity is built For

Isaiah 43:6-7, [6]I will say to the north, ‘Give them up!’ And to the south, ‘Do not keep them back!’ Bring My sons from afar, And My daughters from the ends of the earth, [7]Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes, I have made him.”
Our capacity is built for glory..when Jesus Christ died for us he died for our justification and when he resurrected..he resurrected for our glorification..
Romans 8:18, [18]For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.
What is this Glory?

The Capacity of the believer is the glory of the Lord, The presence of God himself dwelling within us by the spirit. The Capacity of sudden change is when we Make conscious choices that align with our faith and values. This might mean saying ‘no’ to certain things so you can say ‘yes’ to what truly matters.
Romans 8:28, [28]And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. Trust in God: Even during challenging times, trust God’s goodness and sovereignty. He is working all things together for your good.

1.Manifest Presence of God

The supernatural abilities of God are seen or performed by the active power of the presence of God..
2. Boldness. Acts 4:13, [13]Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus. The Capacity of God turns weaklings to be as bold as lion.
3. Confidence. 1 John 3:20-21, [20]For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things. [21]Beloved, if our heart does not condemn us, we have confidence toward God. Developing an unwavering confidence in the Lord who has the capacity to make all things right ..
4. Wisdom. 1 Corinthians 1:30, [30]But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God—and righteousness and sanctification and redemption— Wisdom being the ability to do a thing.. we can only have such abilities to do everything in Christ Jesus..
Summary
The Capacity of sudden change is the reflection of the power and the glory of God in the spirit of a man. Colossians 1:27, [27]To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.
